Join us at the 3rd California Regional Regenerative Meat Event: Celebrating Successes and Exploring Expanding Opportunities!

Roots of Change, UC Davis Institute of the Environment, and IC-FOODS, in collaboration with Mulvaney’s B&L and Cream Co. Meats, welcome all meat producers, processors, chefs, butchers, and buyers to a full-day summit. 

We will again introduce new market opportunities, present project results, and new resources. We will end the day by dialoguing about the future and celebrating success. This event will culminate three-years of USDA-funded work to develop high-value regional meat supply chains in Northern California.
